Set the priority of all types of price rules that can
be made applicable for a purchase.
Prioritize Rule
Orders can be placed by Contact Persons on behalf of his
organization (B2B Customer Account)
• Contact Person with Admin privilege can monitor all orders of
his organization and can add new Contact persons.
• Contact Persons with Standard privilege can only see orders
placed by themselves.
Order Placement
Approval cycle based on Order value.
• Order Value > 1000 USD – to be approved by Contact Person A
• Order Value > 6000 USD – to be approved by Contact Person B
Order Approval
Credit limit can be maintained and configured as a
Payment Method for placing orders by Contact Persons.
The Credit limit will be updated after an order
consumes a certain amount.
Credit Limit
The Contact Person enabled with Approver Rights can Add,
Update and Remove products. Order can be edited without
cancelling the order or changing the order id.
Order Edit
All Contact Persons have a Quick Order link in their account
dashboard. An item can be added by just typing three characters of a
product SKU and an amount can be allocated as well.
Quick Order
Contact Persons will be able to create a Quote based on
the prices allocated for the organization. The Quote can
be later converted to an Order.
