Viking 1 was an unmanned American spacecraft that launched in August 1975 and landed successfully on Mars in June 1976. It was composed of an orbiter and lander, with the primary mission objectives of obtaining high-resolution images of the Martian surface and searching for evidence of life. Viking 1 achieved its objectives, returning the first photos from the Martian surface and conducting experiments that found no clear proof of biological activity on Mars.
Evolution Of Bacteria
Bacteria have existed from very early in the history of life on Earth. Bacteria fossils discovered in rocks date from at least the Devonian Period (419.2 million to 358.9 million years ago), and there are convincing arguments that bacteria have been present since early Precambrian time, about 3.5 billion years ago. Bacteria were widespread on Earth at least since the latter part of the Paleoproterozoic, roughly 1.8 billion years ago, when oxygen appeared in the atmosphere as a result of the action of the cyanobacteria. Bacteria have thus had plenty of time to adapt to their environments and to have given rise to numerous descendant forms.

bacteriophages require bacterial host to complete its life-cycle, wherein site-specific genetic recombination occurs. furthermore, homologous recombination also occur in phages in case of multiple infection of the host cell.
Each cell in the human contains all the genetic material for the growth and development of a human
Some of these genes will be need to be expressed all the time
These are the genes that are involved in of vital biochemical processes such as respiration
Other genes are not expressed all the time
They are switched on an off at need
Virus isolation in embryonated eggs, cell cultures and animals
Purification by centrifugation, chromatography and electrophoresis
3d models such as organoid cultures is not discussed
Extremophilic organisms are organisms that can survive exremities that are detrimental for other forms of life. Here is a presentation that discuss such microorganisms in detail

The Viking labelled release experiment: life on Mars?Neil Saunders
This is a very old talk from around 1999 that I gave to my department at the Free University of Amsterdam. It\'s very out of date now, but still interesting.
This presentation includes history of astronautics, spacecrafts, a space race between USA and Soviets. Also you can learn more information about space from this presentation.
Search for Amelia Earhart - Nikumaroro Expedition 2017Josh King
Josh King's overview to Avvo teammates of the "Nikumaroro hypothesis" for Amelia Earhart's disappearance, and his 2017 trip to Niku to look for evidence.
This is a story of an amazing military mapping organisation and its iconic home - Fortuna Villa, Bendigo. The document include many photographs, figures, and descriptions.
