Various techniques for contemporary rhytidectomy are discussed. The combination of rhytidectomy with additional procedures can produce better results while maintaining patient safety which relies on proper training and experience. While marketed as "mini procedures", some techniques are misleadingly portrayed as more safe and effective than they are. The goal of facial rejuvenation surgery is a natural, youthful appearance without loss of identity or the stigma of traditional cosmetic surgery. New techniques supplement traditional SMAS rhytidectomy with less invasive options like autologous fat transfer and implants to maximize results while reducing toxicity, discomfort and downtime.

Abstract
The widely used Facial rejuvenation surgery, that produces required results, when its
combination of procedures were add to rhytidectomy and simultaneously produced. The
most important outcome for the patient safety includes proper surgical training and its
experience. The marketing which also known as mini procedures as more safe and effective
for its use, that is known to be misleading to patients. Patients who seek its facial
rejuvenation surgery which often reports three concerns the desire for natural , more
youthful approach, the hope that they don’t looses their identity where as the goal of the
particular celebrity that avoid their appearance which results cosmetic surgery. Their
transformation is safe and minimum for invasive and without the traditional stigmata of the
surgery that improves without postoperative and downtime and discomfort for
accomplishment.
Technologies which has minimum facelift and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures which
have to become popular, and many of other are primarily has marketing approaches to
improve the health of the patients with treatment which are less invasive and has to provide
good results and less toxicity of the surgery for performing a traditional SMAS (Superficial
Musculoaponeurotic System)and approach to rhytidectomy supplemented with new
techniques for autologous fat transfer , chain and cheek implant. Chemical peels, erbium
facial resurfacing, botbox and many other techniques. This technique helps in maximum the
result from aesthetic which perform effective treatment. Main aim of this article is to discuss
the various techniques for contemporary Rhytidectomy to obtain result.
