5. Delicious - Social Bookmarking Be an useful site for both teachers and learners - Help teachers and students collect and share interesting sites used wordwide.

6. Skype: Be one of the most popular and useful internet-related developments - Enable students to work in pairs or groups without meeting - Help teachers have online lecture if necessary

7. Difficulties in Using Computer and Internet in Viet Nam: - Not many schools equipped fully with computers and internet. - Asynchronism of teachers’ and students’ knowledge about computer and internet at each school; in the city and in the countryside.
