Using Chats It is real-time communication between two or more people using computers   The use of chat can improve reading and writing skills, also some chats offer the use of microphones so students can develop their speaking and listening skills.  Activities using chats include:  Oral  quizzes Language  study Transcripts as  a study tool Brainstorming  sessions Small group work Guest  speaker Virtual  Office hour
Using Wikis It is a webpage or set of WebPages that can be easily edited by anyone who is allowed access (Ebersbach et al, 2006).   The use of  Wikis enable students and teachers to review drafts, post comments about content and publish final reports.   Activities using Wikis include:  Collaborative writing Group  organization Peer review Peer  editing
Using Blogs It refers to a simple webpage consisting of brief paragraphs of opinion, information, personal entries, or links, called posts.   The possibility to use blogs in classroom or as an activity during a semester is considered a great strategy to promote writing, comprehension and critical thinking and other skills.   Activities using Blogs include:  Student’s feedback Class examples Student’s evaluation Paper  topics Student/teacher conferences
Using Podcasting Podcast is like a radio show. It is recorded and then distributed over the Internet, so that you can listen to it whenever you please.  To improve the listening and speaking skills the use of voice software,  podcasting , voicemail and others, help teachers create activities in order to get students involved in the foreign language   Activities using Podcasting include:  Classroom news Interviews Recording of student’s works Topic  writing/recording
