Basketballwas born in the U.S in 1891, was invented by James
Naismith Priest born in Canada.

3.The technique.
-The bounce:

4.How to play?
-Duration:A basketball matches is composed of 4
times 10 minutes each.
-Players: A basketball team have 12 players , of this
only 5 can be on the field and the coach can change
the players.
-Scoring: When the ball ggoes into the basket, you score
2 points, but when you score in the line of 6.25m you
score 3 points. And when you score in the free shotyou
score 1 point
-Starting the game: Two players, one of each team, must
be placed in the centre circleof the pitch and the referer
throw the ball up and the 2 players jump to catch the ball.
5.Basic rules.
Steps/travelling: With the ball in your hands, you only
can give 2 steps , if you do more than 2 is fault, steps.
Doubles:
 You cannot throw or bounce the ball with 2 hands.
 If you catch the ball after bouncing, you can´t
bounce again.
 You cannot jumpand start to run. You must pass or
shoot before.
5 seconds:
If you take the ball you can´t be 5 seconds with the
ball in your hands.
8 seconds:
The ball has 8 seconds to exit their field and move to
the opposite field.
24 seconds:
When a team have the possesion of the ball has 24
seconds to shoot baskets, if you do not, pass
possession the opposing team.
Field back:
When a player with the ball is in the opponent cannot:
 Passing the ball to a teammate who is in own field.
 Back dribbling to his own field.
 Step the centre line.
Personal fouls:
A personal fouls is when an infractionhappens when
the player do this:
 Push or hit to another player.
 Prevent a movement.
 Touch the armo r hand in the time when shot the
