This document proposes an underwater wireless communication system using IoT to monitor the health of sea navigators. It involves sensors to track a navigator's heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels and GPS coordinates. The data is transmitted via wireless modules between a device worn by the navigator underwater and a ground station. This allows those on land to monitor the navigator's health status in real-time and communicate with them, helping to save lives by detecting any unstable health conditions. The system was prototyped and tested with promising results for health monitoring and two-way communication between underwater navigators and the ground station.
