ANZIIF Liability Conference 2014 - Mind Mapping with Jennie Vickers, ZeopardJennie Vickers
Jennie Vickers of ZeopardThink presents at the ANZIIF Liability Conference on Thursday 3rd April, 2014 teaching the audience the fundamentals of Mind Mapping. Mind Mapping, the creation of Tony Buzan, is a powerful graphic technique used to unlock the potential of the brain. It harnesses the full range of cortical skills - word, image, number, logic, rhythm, colour and spatial awareness.
One of the driving themes for 2013 and 2014 is customer experience. The imperative comes through loud and clear in the vision and values of many modern organisations. As the customer facing teams develop skills around delivering a great customer experience so they increasingly expect that same experience delivery from their internal IT service providers.
Understanding the art of Intellectual Influence enables IT professionals:
• To secure the budget funding they need for CX and other growth projects, to keep their internal customers happy; and
• To enhance their personal brand and reputation, for career growth and success.
Dr Mark Strom says “ There are three things that make and keep a reputation: Competence: We have to know and be able to do what anyone else in our field should know and be able to do; Integrity: We need to be trustworthy; and Brilliance: Not IQ, but the ability to shine in what we do, to bring to our work and customers our distinctive imagination, voice, heart, craft and community.”
In this keynote Jennie Vickers will introduce you to the art of intellectual influence and how you can develop your brilliance and your reputation.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

your facebook friends.
Instagram will also suggest people to
follow by categories.
Once you follow people, you will be able
to see the photos that they post and see
what your friends are up to, as well as
share photos with your friends.
You can ‘like’ and ‘comment’ on photos by
clicking the little heart icon at the bottom
of photos.

Instagramming photos
To upload your own photo, you can
either click on the camera icon to take
a photo - or choose from the photo
gallery on your phone.
Once the photo is selected, you can
filter the photo with the preset options
to give it a retro feel.
You can then add a description to your
photo and add hashtags aka keywords
using # and a descriptive word.
Hashtags are how people find your
photos on instagram by searching for
them. e.g. #fashion
You can also choose to share on your
other social media accounts.

Instagram online
You can’t upload photos from your
computer to instagram, but you can still
login and look at photos from the
people you follow, and see how many
likes you have on your own photos.
The best website to do this (although
you can use www.instagram.com) is
Webstagram (http://web.stagram.com/)
Webstagram allows you to search for
and follow people from your home
computer as well as check out whose
following you.

Vine is a video sharing site that allows
you to upload short and snappy looping

The app only allows you 6 seconds of
video time and can be used in line with

To film a clip, simply press the big

By holding it down and then stopping,
you can create cuts in your video or
create 2 or more different videos to cut
them together.
