implementation of highly customized and integrated agency, policy, billing, claims, and

Company, including development of hardware/software infrastructure, development and

Performed and managed IT consulting services for several area businesses and government
entities, including ACT Corporation, Scott County Judicial District, Polk County Judicial
District, HON Companies, and Illinois Casualty Company, among others. Involved in a
variety of engagement activities including needs analysis, website design, project

customization of ASK/MANMAN MRP system, programming in FORTRAN, Quiz, Quick and
QTP, and modifying Image databases. Progressed to IT Manager with Mac Equipment, with
continued responsibility for implementation of ASK/MANMAN system as well as overall IT
department management, then to Technical Manager with Analytical Technologies. Placed at
Compaq Computer Corporation initially working with ASK/MANMAN system then
transitioning to client/server development using Powerbuilder and Oracle RDBMS in a UNIX
environment. Hired directly by Compaq Computer to continue to perform client/server
development.
