Uptime Parts is a subsidiary of Navistar Corporation. UpTime Parts is a heavy duty truck parts
distributor, parts support organization for Workhorse Custom Chassis, and provides 3PL
services to Autocar LLC.

Responsible for all facets of IT Department- systems hardware, software, budget, procurement,
resource allocation, business interface and support.

   SME for QAD upgrade from EB 2.1 to 2010 SE in a hosted environment (QAD On Demand).
   Led systems disaster recovery effort after building was hit by a tornado- recovering servers
   and other computer equipment, setting up temporary offices, purchasing replacement
   computer equipment, phone system, rebuilding network infrastructure and office
   infrastructure and managing the seamless relocation of the office back to rebuilt main office.
   Transitioned the UpTime infrastructure for servers and network equipment to Corporate IT to
   integrate UpTime into the corporate IT organization.
   Outsourced desktop support to Navistar Remote Operations and DBA support to Navistar
   DTMA Group to consolidate efforts within the Navistar organization and provide productivity
   to UpTime .
   Co-led the management team responsible for the business system conversion from Karmak
   to MFG Pro, developing business requirements.
   Managed technical development of the QAD implementation through coordination of
   UpTime, Workhorse and external contractors.

AVERY DENNISON CORPORATION, Niles, IL                                  1993 – 2005
Formerly Stimsonite Corporation, Avery Dennison is a $4.8 billion FORTUNE 500 company that
designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of products and services for consumer and
industrial markets.

Manager of Business Systems Development                             1997 – 2005
Led the management team responsible for all aspects of the systems function including
designing system strategies and requirements, implementing business control systems, and
managing operating system and hardware upgrades. Managed staff and outside consultants
ranging from 5-9 staff.

   Designed and developed control system for maintaining Sarbanes Oxley security
   compliance across 5 operating divisions, meeting and exceeding all aggressive corporate
   timelines.
   Provided end user support for MAPICS, Mfg Pro, interfaces to People Soft and ancillary
   applications. Improved consistency of application usage.
   Planned capital and operating budgets and reviewed/approved expenditures providing
   significant productivity and cost effectiveness contributions. Cut annual license fee 50%.
   Supported overall corporate systems initiatives including the conversion of financial
   applications to the corporate People Soft system and the manufacturing systems to Mfg Pro.
   Reducing costs by approximately $175K annually.
   Member of the corporate divestiture team providing detailed specifications and data specific
   to business units to the acquiring companies. Facilitating completion of sale.
   Managed the Y2K upgrade project eliminating hundreds of custom programs and increasing

   Recreated “lost” financial reports for IRS and Sales Tax audits saving the company

Senior Systems Analyst                                                 1993 – 1997
Responsibilities included implementing business control system, operating system and
hardware upgrades. Developed programming standards and conventions. Managed a staff of
programmers, senior system analysts, business analysts and outside consultants.

   Led the IT team upgrading the MAPICS software eliminating 100+ software modifications,
   resulting in department efficiencies and 35 - 40% reduction in recurring upgrade costs.
   Led the IT team in integrating the Pave mark acquisition on to MAPICS across 4
   manufacturing facilities.
   Consolidated all of the computer equipment from several locations, upgraded the IT
   infrastructure and designed the layout for the new data center resulting in network
   performance improvements, reduced downtime, easier system maintenance, increased
   redundancy.

PMS CONSOLIDATED is a division of M.A. Hanna Corporation.             Division is a leading
manufacturer of color concentrates for plastics.

Senior Systems Analyst
Responsibilities included managing the development and support of MAPICS DB at the
headquarters and 13 operating divisions. Provided technical support and designed, programmed,
tested and implemented software enhancements.

BALLY MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, Chicago, IL                           1985 – 1992
Bally Manufacturing is the preeminent supplier of slot machines, coin-operated arcade
games and slot accounting systems in the gaming and amusement industries. The company
is also diversified as a major theme-park operator and manufacturer of “Lifecycle” exercise
bicycles and lottery ticket manufacturer.

Responsibilities included assessment of strategic business requirements in both manufacturing and
finance functions. Provided technical and extensive end-user planning support in a multi-divisional
