• Sam’s Canada - duplicated and modified over 500 batch jobs for company migration into Canada,
• Tulsa Data Center move - assisted with the modification and monitoring of hundreds of jobs to ensure
that no data was lost and business was not impacted,

Team Lead - Mainframe/Unix/Net Dynamics Support team for sales reporting and promotion analysis:
• On-call support, program abends, data mining, file availability and run-time analysis.
• Responsible for creating and modifying the interface data extracts subroutines that exist between
application programs (CICS and batch) and DB2 database.
• Wrote two documents that are still widely used throughout Frito-Lay describing (1) how to write the
interface subroutines, and (2) how to access these interface subroutines from your application program.
