There are 4 components of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. Transformational leadership can transform organizations by implementing a clear vision and inspiring passion throughout the organization. It focuses on developing future leaders and improving performance through motivation rather than negative reinforcement.
