This document provides guidance on making ideas more concrete and specific through "touching down." It recommends considering ideas from the perspective of primary users by answering questions about needs, functions, costs, packaging, production, and delivery. Teams should then describe at least two concrete manifestations of their concept and illustrate each through a six-frame user journey showing awareness, obtaining, use, and exit from the perspective of an existing user. Touching down makes ideas more understandable by mitigating abstraction and conceptual thinking.
