The mainresponsibilitieswith this role involve the design, implementationandexecutionof all campaign and program
marketing strategies within EMEA as well as the EMEA Events/Tradeshows.
Campaigns
*Design andimplement tactics for Geoscience andEngineering, create a tactical campaign plan for the year and create the
PC Codes for demandgenerationleads. Workcloselywith the sales teamto generate leads intosales.
*UGMS - Manage the EMEA User GroupMeetings (UGMs) process andlogistics includingvenue sourcing andsecuring,
marketing material creationandcompletion, stakeholder calls andmeetings, catering, client communicationincludingthe
design and creationof emails in Eloqua.
*Webinars - Manages andcreates all ofIHSpromotionalWebinars for the Energybusinessline in EMEA.
*Training – Works with the training stakeholders to developandcreate materials to promote IHSEnergy
(Geoscience/Engineering)training courses.
*Supports dayto day program / campaignmanagement activities e.g. KeyPerformance Indicator (KPI), tracking, reporting
and communications.
Events
*Work with stakeholders to ensure the processis ontrack
*Create materialsfor the logistics of the event (used bystakeholders)
*Work with the budgetaryrequirements to ensure events are within5% of agreed budget
Programs -
*Assists inthe creationof program assets anddeliverables for keyaudience programs
*Helpanalyze EMEA programs to determine effectiveness and opportunity
*Collaborate withother marketing andsales stakeholders to helpdevelop requiredmaterials and programs
Other
*Work regularlywith various groups of stakeholders
*Contributesregularlyto discussions as wellas producesideas to increase successof a campaign/event.
*Supports development of marketingtoolkits and collateral
*Creates all client/event/campaign emailcommunicationinEloqua
*Gathers feedback through multiple channels and communicates to stakeholders
*Creation ofpresentations for events/campaigns

into work. Both were seen as a success and one actually won an award from the children’s centre. Also several events were

children’s centre.
 In the ‘Senior Investment Broker’ roleI was promoted within 3 months from a junior position to a senior,broke 2 work
records for the most deals written and was always top 3 consistently on the board.
