Theoretically, the control should have the highest percent germination rate, but since errors which can
be attributed from the environment as well as from other physical factors are present, results obtained
cannot be avoided. The treatment with the highest irradiation rate (50 kr) has the lowest rate of seed

Listening to conversations about food on campus, I found that there was a common theme last year: it
was difficult to find healthy food on campus. I think we ll find that to be less of the case this year,

been completed refrigerated, we hear the sound of a female voice, accompanied by some gentle
synths. The singer is performing a rendition of Rose and Jack s love theme, which has been developed
throughout the film. This particular version of James Horner s theme is more bare than its other

that relationship, music plays that was supposed to be representative of the strength of that

through an existential lens. Although this may be true, it seems that one may be myopically viewing
still life in a way that robs it of its nuances. This is even truer of still life that contains a self portrait of
the artist whether a traditional self portrait or reflected on a mirror as seen in many 17th century Dutch
still life. I argue that still life with the artist s portrait embedded into the painting is not solely a two
dimensional contemplation of time passing, but rather a celebration of life, a foreboding of death, a
form of self awareness and, via that self awareness, an illustration of the artist in a god like state. This

taking place in different moments in time: the one on the table seems to be of him already completed,
thus suggesting it is a portrait of him as a younger man, while the other portrait, which is his reflection
on a glass ball hovering over the still life, is of him during the painting of the still life as an older

A Brief Note On The Barrier Of Participation For Carers
One barrier to participation for carers is time. Some carers may be short on time and therefore want to
spend time with their child rather than talking about them. This needs to be dealt with sensitively as
carers may feel guilty that they can t do as much as they would like. There are many ways to
overcome this. One of these is using home link books. These are books in which practitioners and
carers can exchange information, comments and ideas on a daily basis. Another way to overcome this
is with emails. Providing that all consent and security issues are considered, email exchanges can
work well. Photographs can also be exchanged as well as information so carers can send photographs
of their child at home or during an outing. A third way to overcome this barrier is phone calls. Phone
calls can be an effective substitute to face to face conversations. Another way to overcome this is
parents sessions at a range of times. Parents sessions are good for relaying information but these need
to be held at times that are convenient for carers. Another barrier to participation for carers is
confidence. Some carers may find it hard to be active in their child s care and education as they may

Alexander Hamilton was one of the seven founding fathers. An immigrant who made his way into our
history books and started impacting our country since the late 1700s. In this essay I ll be talking about
his life, why he s important and who he impacts today. Alexander Hamilton was born on January 11,
1757 in Charlestown, Nevis. When he was young his father abandoned his mother and him. His father
was born of Scottish descent, and left them because of debt. This caused his mother and him to work
harder and rely on friends and family to support themselves. Then when he was around 13 his mother
died, leaving him orphaned. He then went to live with a cousin, who soon after committed suicide.
From a young age, he had to learn to survive for himself. When he was 14 he was put in charge of a
trading charter. He knew he was poor, and had no way to get anywhere unless he worked hard.
Hamilton had to grow up way too soon and began to read and write and find any source of education
possible. When he was about 15, Hamilton wrote a description of a sermon he heard by Hugh Knox
for a newspaper, The Royal Danish American Gazette. His writings somehow found their way into the
hands of a group of readers. Their interests were peaked by the description, and even more so when

the sex roles, sex differences or sex changer operation. People saw gender as being masculine and
feminine in certain cultures, like the French and Spanish. Now people see sex in two ways, either in

two lexicographers both had different personalities. Noah Webster can be seen as very positive when it
came to words, whereas Samuel Johnson may be more pessimistic and also occasionally throws

The second strip of page 192 in the comic, The Bad Doctor, highlights persistent stressors that exist in
Dr. Iwan James s life. The scene depicts Dr. James driving a patient, Julie Myers, into town. Prior to
this, Iwan was visiting an elderly patient, Mrs. Flowers, where he accidently knelt in her urine. After
convincing her to visit a hospital he drives away and that is where he notices Julie who requests for
him to drive her into town. Dr. James complies and the page ends with an image of Mrs. Flowers
being wheeled away into an ambulance. The second strip is symbolic not only of Iwan s extraordinary
care for his patients, but also the persistent judgment Iwan has to face as a result of being a great
