The Solution Room
The document describes a workshop called "The Solution Room" led by Aaron Wolowiec. Participants are guided through a process to identify and discuss a workplace challenge, get feedback from others, develop action items to address the challenge, and identify accountability partners. The goal is to provide a framework for participants to get input on leadership decisions and develop solutions to issues through consultation with others.
