As the same letter was received last year, I will attempt to clarify our management decisions and
stance on the issue.
The board of directors holds a very critical management function within or organization with the
following criteria essential for membership:
Experience as a CEO of an influential technology based company
Direct expertise in the semiconductor industry based on education and management experience
Direct experience in management of a company that buys from the semiconductor industry
You are correct in proclaiming that women and minorities are continuing to move into upper level
management positions in the business world; however this diversification is still in a growth stage.
Currently the pool of candidates for our board of directors tends to very heavily represent the
demographics currently holding positions on the board. As the previously described diversification of
the workforce reaches levels consistent with the required knowledge, experience, which it will in the
near future, a broader range of candidates will be available; naturally resulting in many organizations
being then able to form a board of directors representative of the diversified potential members. At this
time, as it will be in the future, our board of directors is selected with great care and concern with a
primary focus on ability to bolster profits. This is a duty for which we are responsible to our

Extensive field visit and collection was undertaken during 2010 2014 throughout the country and six
geographical populations were identified for L. nervosum varieties (Table 1). From each populations
four to five individuals were selected and identified based on the descriptions provided in different
references such as Flora Iranica (Rechinger, 1974) and Flora of Iran ( Sharifnia Assadi, 2001).The
voucher specimens were deposited in the herbarium of Shahid Beheshti University (HSBU).
Morphological study
In total twenty five, including sixteen qualitative and nine qualitative, morphological traits were
investigated. These characters were: the stem height and its diameter, number of veins in basal leaf,
the basal and floral leaf shape, the width and length of the basal and floral leaves, the length/width
ratio of the basal and floral leaves, the shape of leaf apex and margin, the size of calyx width, length
and its length/width ratio, the size of sepal width and its color, the size of corolla length and the style
length. Two replications were made for each character per each flowering stem. The mean value and
standard deviation of quantitative characters were presented in table 2.

Of the issues, Dr. Hart discussed I agreed with the idea that crimes and poverty still exist outside of
addiction and the attractive alternatives to drugs can help deter the selection of that pathway.

Hart about was decriminalizing all drugs. I think that by doing this we would have a bigger issue on
our hands than we do now. I fully understand where his thought process is but I feel a better way to
handle it would be to re evaluate our current laws. I don t think it would be helpful to say meth, crack,

Before watching this TED talk, I had no clue that the one hit and you re hooked phrase came from

In the movie, The Impossible, Lucas Bennett shows selflessness and bravery as he does everything to

crying. Maria insists on helping anyone they can so she urges Lucas to help the child. Lucas reflects
that he is brave and selfless as he rescues the helpless child. He put his life in danger to find a
complete stranger. Lucas then faces another challenge as he pushes his mother up into the tree, before

View of the Quarter Over the Christmas holidays I visited one of my favorite childhood restaurants in

of the hill, on the species dominance of specific trees along a hill in Charlottesville, Virginia, a city
