The document describes the process of designing the inside of a music CD package. Two pictures were selected and edited to complement the mood and theme of the package. The first picture of the band was darkened to match the tone. The second picture featured the main characters and was cropped, lightened, and adjusted in contrast and lighting before being converted to black and white to recreate the dreamlike feel from the music video.
1. After finishing the constructing process of the video I had to
finish my dg pack as I only had made the cover of the CD. I
used 2 pictures for the construction of the inside of the DG
pack
2. Picture of the band together
I changed the contrast and lighting of this picture because I wanted
to make it a bit more darker. This would help the picture subscribe to
the theme and mood of the package as a whole. I chose this picture
because there wasn’t an actual picture of the group being together in
both the magazine advertisement and the CD cover and this would
represent them as a band.

I cropped some of the image as there was a lot of extra space which I
didn’t generally need. The smaller size of the image would make the
protagonists seem closer together (as if it’s only the two of them in the
world)

I made the picture lighter in order to have a better
base when changing the contrast and lightning of
the picture
5. After that i changed the contrast and lighting of the image. As in
the previous one I made it darker in order to make the image
subscribe to the theme and to be in tune with the whole product.
6. I also changed the colouring to black and white because within the music
video when the male and female protagonist are together the shots are
black and white in order to create the dreamy-like sense
