- 1. To develop the narrative we need to have set of locations where the action will take place. Therefore location is crucial for the outcome of a music video.
- 2. As I was researching rock music videos I noticed a particular trend – the majority of them were shot only in one particular location. However to make mine more efficient I decided to use four different locations. I also noticed that some videos such as ‘Yellow’ from Coldplay sustain only from a tacking shot which inspired me for my outside shooting.
- 3. Inside: A. Drama studio at my school – I chose it for the shots of when the band is playing together or sitting together. I chose it because there are different lights and I can experiment with them and create a better media product and also there is enough space for the whole band.
