A fuel hedge contract allows a large fuel consuming company to establish a fixed
or capped cost, via a commodity swap or option. These companies enter into
hedging contracts to mitigate their exposure to future fuel prices that may be

The study of the crucible also allowed me to learn of the struggles of puritan
lifestyle and how their Witch Trials which killed numerous innocent lives were
extremely similar to the McCarthy hearings of the 1950 s. It allowed me to realise

conception of social media. When someone is idealized, it is only natural that one
will gravitate towards the characteristics most define the idealized person. It is
innate in humankind to continuously strive for self betterment as it is a means for

Unethical Animal Testing
Within laboratory walls, the worst forms of institutionalized animal abuse is
conducted. This abuse and torture is also known as animal testing and is primarily
done with the expectation of find a cure to various illnesses. Scientists use this harsh
research to gain control over behavior or biological systems. During the experiments
helpless animals are exploited and endure great suffering. These conditions along
with the feelings of the animals are unacknowledged in the name of medical research.
The use of animals in medical research is essentially legal abuse. Animal testingfor
medical research should be made illegal because it is unethical, unreliable, and
archaic.
Testing on animals for medical reasons does not make it okay. It is unethical that
these animals are taken from their habitats and placed in confined cages to be test
subjects. The experiments these animals are subject to include poisoning, vivisection
and toxicology. That can be considered lucky, compared to others who are burned,
crippled, and neglected intentionally in the name of medicine. At this time, there is
no form of testing considered illegal. They are used as subjects until death. After
each experiment data is recorded and time is allowed for the animal to heal for the
next experiment (Cruelty Free). If the test results are not too harsh the testing
continues with more dosage or a different product. Animals that survive cannot be
released back into nature because the subject could negatively affect the ecosystem;
even those that survive all experiments are killed (Neavs). Those animals never got
to experience life outside of a laboratory. The conditions these animals go through
are morally wrong but are ignored because it is considered research. The use of
animals in should immediately be stopped and outlawed because it not right to
sentence a creature to death because they have no say so.

From the beginning of Beowulf we are able to understand and see the central
themes and points that are being focused on. From the assigned readings of
Beowulf and after finishing the entire piece I found it stuck with its major theme in
which we are given from the prologue of the story. From the start of the story we are

Similarities Between Judith And Her Maidservant
The painting Judith and Her Maidservant with the head of Holofernes was painted by
the Italian born painter Artemisia Gentileschi. In this Baroque painting, it depicts a
story from the bible about Judith, a widow, tricking an opposing leader, Holofernes,
during a war. Judith and her maidservant enter Holofernestent and have rounds of
drinks. Over time, Holofernes becomes quite drunk and passes out. While he is
passed out, Judith and her maidservant decapitates Holofernes thus defeating the
opposing soldiers in the war. In the painting, it depicts specifically moments after
Holofernes head was fully decapitated and Judith attempting to hide what she just did.

The skin of the women fold nicely, for example around Judith s face and neck, the
folds are rounded and proportionate to her body and face. The folds of the tent s
cloth and the clothes around the bodies of the women are absolutely realistic,
wrapping eloquently around their bodies, arms, and waists. For example, on the
maidservants arm her sleeves not only appropriately look rolled up but they also
atomically match the maidservant s arm. However, I feel like the realism is lost
when it comes to the candle and Judith s sword. They look quite dull compared to the
human figures and cloth in the painting, making them look very simplistic. The light
used in the painting is done very well, showing that there can only be so much light
coming from one candle, which makes the lighting very natural. In my opinion, the
light represents the pure and misogynistic views towards women. These views see
women as people that can t do wrong, seeing women only as kind or maternal beings.

This paper searches how professionals in two year universities work and how they
accomplish the mission in a community college. This paper examines different
aspects of the faculty to how they are hired, competitiveness, promotions, benefits,
demographics, workloads, challenges, and teaching. The research was found through
online sources, a personal interview, and textbooks. Different forms of faculty in the
community colleges should be studied to fully comprehend how they impact students
and the college itself. The findings show how the staff operates, levels of work they
do, and the gratification for these professionals. Community colleges are at a
growing rate, and the faculty members who work in them will be reviewed and

Framework Look like? According to IEA s (2012) Technology Perspectives 2012 2oC
report, limiting the long term global temperature increase to 2oC necessitates CCS to
account for one sixth of emission reduction from a business as usual scenario by 2050
(IEA, 2013a, p.5). This implies that the amount of captured and stored CO2 across the
power generation sector should hit about 7.8 GtCO2 in 2050 (IEA, 2012). Achieving
these rather ambitious targets requires comprehensive policy frameworks both
nationally internationally, to promote both demonstration and commercial CCS
deployment and also ensure it is undertaken in a safe and environmentally friendly
manner (IEA, 2014). These policies should be inclusive enough to comprise both
reliable emission reduction measures and an integrated support (including funding)
for Research, Development and Demonstration (RD D) (Figure 14) (IEA, 2012).
Highlighted below are the perceived insights of a coherent and comprehensive policy
framework for promoting CCS demonstration and deployment; which include the key
indicators relevant for assessing government progress towards implementation of
drivers for CCS demonstration and deployment (IEA, 2014b, p.11 12).
