Delano thought, But [the Negroes] were too stupid (177). Perhaps if Atufal had not implanted
images of white supremacy aboard the ship, Captain Delano might have acted sooner in helping to

These days, there have been a number of hotels in various cities, towns and countries. From
when I was young to now, I have visited many inns since I loved to travel to somewhere. I had
any feeling and impression about hotels where I have been before I became eighteen years old.
Hotels were just hotels that I needed to stay for the night. No more than that I thought. Before I
went to Canada to study English in 2011, my family had a plan to travel somewhere and stay in a

My Favorite Sports In The Rocky Movie
For the people who know me know that I that I am a diehard baseball fan, basketball fan, and
football fan. However, one of my favorite sports to watch is boxing. I started to enjoy the sport of
boxing after I saw the first Rocky movie. The Rocky movie was my first introduction to the sport
of boxing. Even though Rocky is the fictional character he is one of the most iconic boxingfigures in
the sport. Sure, there are boxing legends like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, and
Oscar de la Hoya. But for some reason, Rocky Balboa is the reason that I am a fan of the sport of
boxing. As much I loved to talk about the Rocky movies or the other boxing legends that I
mention above fights this is not what this paper is about. This paper is about the sport of boxing at
the international level. In this paper, I will be going over boxing at the history, rules/regulations,
and how it impacts society.
There are five organizations that are involved with international boxing and they are the World
Boxing Association (WBA), International Federation of Boxing (IFB), the World Boxing
Organization (WBO), International Boxing Organization (IBO), and the World Boxing Council
(WBC). All of these organizations promote fighters here in the United States and overseas.
However, since there are a lot of international boxing organizations and a lot of them have a similar

Introduction
When I saw Ms. Mary Walker, the word Old does not even cross my mind. I was very surprised
when I found out her age. It seemed strange that a woman of this age could show so much youth,
little wrinkles, mobility, and did not cough every ten seconds as an indicator of good health.
Identifying her as an individual in the 68 + age range seemed misleading but a glance at her salt
and pepper afro provided some proof. A natural inquisitiveness in me wanted to know her secret.

As grandmother, she enjoys the position of the matriarch. She has estimated forty grandchildren
and about twenty great grandchildren. Although she has not met all of grandchildren, she is hoping

aspect social of life during pre civil rights movements. She can remember instances of racism
where she was served food through the back door, using segregated public bathrooms, and
reading old school books that came from white schools. She noted that America has come a long
way from the days of Jim Crow. The vindication of Barack Obama as the first black president of the
United States is proof of America s progression in race relations.
Global Assessment
The support of the family is the most positive aspect of family life. The rise of single parent homes
has produced a negative change in family life stating that single mothers are too often bearing the
burden of raising
