In short, my taking the view that this novel is a Biblical allegory completely

Scientific Management was comprised of four principles:
Every step of individuals work is analyzed in a scientific method to come up with the
most effective way for getting the work done. It is the way to develop and come up
with the best possible approach for an individual to preform a task by examining
instruments needed and by measuring the maximum amount of work a worker can do
in a day.
Matching workers with the job that is best suited for them in a scientific method.
According to Taylor everyone was able to do his or her best in a specific job that
was devised. The management s role was to match the job with the worker that has
the capability to do it and train them accordingly.
Managers should provide supervision and cooperate with workers to make sure the
job is done in an effective way.

The first example of foreshadowing is found at the very beginning of the story
when Bradbury mentions, At night the ruined city gave off a radioactive glow
which could be seen for miles . In this example, the radioactive glow represents the
sunset, which was so bright and seen from far away, and therefore it was referred
to as a radioactive glow, and it foreshadows that the city was destroyed by a nuclear
bomb. It is a clear example of man and nature versus technology and how the city
was destroyed by a nuclear explosion. A second example of foreshadowing in the

The Snake Pit, The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath was released in 1963 and discusses a
great deal of how difficult it was to be a woman in the 1960s. The 1960s was a
struggling time for women; society set standards that women felt obligated to follow.
Society told women that their only jobs were to get married, have children, and
become homemakers, and if a womandid not fall under all of these categories, she
was considered a social outcast. The main character, Esther Greenwood, fears that she
will not make a good wife because she could not cook, she stood too tall, and
danced poorly. Women also had many restrictions on what they could do. For
example, they could not serve on a jury, get an Ivy League education, and they did
not experience equality in the work place. Society expected women to follow these
standards perfectly, without fault. How were women to live by all of these standards
and still think of themselves as strong and independent? Alas, because society
focused so much on what women should do, that they did not appreciate some of the

Macbeth receives three prophecies about himself and finds out that he will become
king. Greedy for the status and power Macbeth thinks about killing Duncan, but he
does not go through with it until Lady Macbeth convinces him to do it. After Lady
Macbeth told Macbeth to murder Duncan, she comes up with a plan so that no one

Abstract Adsorption is one of the preferred techniques in recent years to remove the
color and inorganics from waste water. Activated carbonderived from the agricultural
byproduct, acts as an effective adsorbent for the removal of dyes from waste water.
The removal of dyes and metal ions at different, contact time, bed height, flow rate,
initial dye concentration, column diameter, adsorbent dosage, pH, and temperature
by different agriculture based adsorbent has been studied. The result shows that
among the compared adsorbents, moringa oleifera derived adsorbent is effective for
waste treatment. The adsorption data were well fitted by Freundlich isotherm model.
Kinetic data were best described by pseudo second order model.

Frequently referred to as an age of doubt, the Modernist period of literature was
characterized by authors who sought to challenge the notion of a literary text
containing a single truth or meaning. Modernist writers went against societal and
cultural customs by questioning literature and focusing on the individual experience
of a text. As a result, much of modern literature destabilizes meaning through the use
of ambiguityand suspense. Accordingly, ambiguity plays a central role in James Joyce
s short story, Eveline. Throughout the story, nineteen year old Eveline contemplates
leaving her home in Dublin to pursue a happier life with a sailor named Frank. At
home, she leads a dismal life with her violent father, and therefore the prospect of
life with Frank in Buenos Ayres presents itself as an enticing escape. However,
Eveline finds herself trapped between familiarity and freedom, between what she
could do and what she wants to do. While numerous critics have attempted to uncover
whether Eveline favours her staying or leaving, the story remains ambiguous with its
two mutually exclusive meanings (Luft 48). In Joyce s Eveline, ambiguity obscures
the answer the reader seeks and reveals that Eveline cannot make a choice because
her situation is inescapable putting the reader in a position of hermeneutic conflict,
