Markets opened up with a gap and momentum on the upside was seen throughout the session which led the
indices to close near days high. On the daily chart, we are witnessing a bullish pattern that resembles a “Morning
star” and even the momentum oscillator’s viz. RSI and stochastic are positively poised. This suggests further
upside in coming trading session. On the upside, if indices trade convincingly above 18230 / 5480 level then they
are likely to test 18320 – 18480 / 5510 – 5550 levels. On the downside, 18027 / 5400 may act support for the
day.
