conducted a meta analysis which collected results across numerous independent

included age, race, gender, education, job tenure, and organizational tenure in their
demographic variables. Data was collected from 21 organizations where the mean
age was 36.8 and over half of the participants had a college education. Participants
averaged 7.3 years in their current job and 10.3 years at the organization.

quickly to a realization that she is now free . She looks out the window in her
bedroom and sees the tops of trees that were all aquiver with the new spring life .
Mrs. Mallard has apparently been in a relationship for which she either regrets or
has over time led to unhappiness. The trees out her bedroom window must represent

clouds that had met and piled one above the other in the west facing her window .
Thus far her life has been clouded and dreary. Now the clouds are beginning to part

Matters concerning religion today were not like they were in the beginning of the
sixteenth century. Before Martin Luther posted his 95 thesis starting the Protestant
reformation, there was only the religion of Catholicism. The Protestant reformation,

Lutheranism, Calvinism, Anabaptist, and many others. Although the spread of these
new religions pleased the people of the country, the ruling authorities and catholic

think is saying that this is not supposed to be a scary adventure story. In The
