My Vision Is Turning Out At Michigan State University
My vision is turning out to be twofold because it concentrates in achieving an advanced degree
from Michigan State University. At this time, I am not sure what degree I will end up getting.
At one point it I was dead set on a law degree, but time and experience have taught me that I have
not found exactly what I am passionate about, but I do believe that I will find it with time. I do
know that I regret missing out on a traditional college experience and am now working toward
pursuing an advanced degree in the most traditional way possible. This means that I do not want
to work during the degree so that I can participate in graduate campus life and sports events.
Until recently, I never really wanted to go to college and maybe that is why I never really fell in
love a particular school and waited so long to get my undergrad. Now, I have fallen in love with
Michigan State over the years and truly want to experience everything that the school has to offer.

A noun. Leadership. According to the Oxford English dictionary it is The action of leading a
group of people or an organization. But to me leadership is much more than a blanketed
definition. It evokes more than that. I feel as though I have been through countless leadership
experiences. But none more memorable than being the leader of my own Eagle project. The
project had a focus on puppies and puppy training. The project was for the Guide Dogs of Texas
Organization. My project involved two phases. Cabinets for laundry room storage and puppy
training agility equipment. The first phase was straightforward and done without much hassle.
The Guide Dogs of Texas had a need for laundry storage to help with their newly formed
workload coming from their upcoming litter of puppies. The cabinets would serve to greatly
reduce the efforts required from having to provide the puppies with new sheets at least three
times a day. The second phase was a little more complex. My project coach and I came up with
the idea of constructing agility equipment to help train the puppies into becoming guide dogs. The

whom Jason was able to easily overcome. With the help of Medea, Jason was able to steal the

possible to become strong enough to break those mental barriers. The film Freedom Writers tells a
story about at risk freshmen students who live in toxic environments and a gang ridden
neighborhood while attending an inner city school with racial tension on the rise. They meet their
new English teacher, Erin Gruwell, who helps turn their mindset around showing them what solace
there can be in picking up a pencil and writing about their hardships in a notebook. What makes
this movie even more powerful is that it is based on a true story that took place in the aftermath of
the 1992 Los Angeles riots. Freedom Writers not only touches upon the ideas of tolerance, reaching
one s full potential, and the meaning of success, but further highlights the importance of
perseverance and hope despite one s circumstances.

term used to explain the body s ability in maintaining a dynamic equilibrium within its internal
environment requiring the coordination of many physiological processes. The term Homeokinesis
is the process used to maintain and achieve homeostatsis with kinesis meaning movement would, as
the internal workings of the body are on constant movement to maintain this state of equilibrium.
Maintenance of homeostatic values are controlled and communicated through out the body via the
endocrine and nervous systems.
An understanding of both these concepts is pivotal to the understanding of the physiological needs
and requirements of the mammalian body, the nervous system and endocrine systems are the body s
means of communicating this balance in conjunction with external systems in turn relaying
messages back to the organs systems in their own specialized ways to target organs. Any deviation
from this fundamental state of internal wellbeing are relayed to the hypothalamus which coordinates
the responses needed to return the body back to a state of equilibrium via feed back loops. Though
these systems work differently they are not independent of one another and help maintain an
