associated with the use of conventional techniques such as laparoscopy, especially in
complex procedures. However, despite holding significant promise, robotic surgery is
associated with some clear disadvantages and robust evidence base supporting robotic
assistance remains lacking[1].
The introduction of minimally invasive techniques to general surgery has been
described as the most dramatic change in surgery since the introduction of
anaesthesia [2]. This has led to many procedures being performed exclusively via the
laparoscopic approach, such as a cholecystectomy. Reasons include reduced blood
loss and post operative pain, reduced risk of infection, reduced length of hospital stay
and faster return to daily activities[3]. However, these superior results are only when
the initial learning curve has been taken into account.
Laparoscopic surgery is associated with several challenges. Disadvantages and
complications have been well documented[4]. Long, rigid instruments amplify

The Battles of Lexington and Concord occurred on 19 April 1775 between the British
Regulars and the Patriot Militia, also known today as Americans, in the
Massachusetts towns of Lexington and Concord. The Battles of Lexington and
Concord is often referred to as the Shot Heard Around the World and the beginning of
the American Revolutionary War(Fischer, 1994). The Battles of Lexington and

Thousands of years ago in Asia, a book was written that gave social structure that
would go on through the ages in India. Today that social structure is called the Jati or
in English words, the Caste system. While it has undergone a few changes here and
there, the system has relatively been unchanged and just like thousands of years ago
when it was first introduced in the Vedas, it exists in modern day India as a part of
society in it. This paper will go over a more detailed explanation of the Jati as well
as the classes and books that defined the Jati system, most notably the Laws of
Mandu . Jati translates to caste so in English it is called the Caste system. In the
Jati system there are four main castes one falls under: Shudra, Viasya, Kshatryia
and Bhramin. Outside of the caste system are the outcasts or also called
untouchables. Within these main four castes there are thousands of subcastes a
group of people will fall under. One important thing to note where unlike most
social classes of ancient time, in the Jati system, it is possible to move up in the
caste. While a subcaste may not move up as an individually, the entire group can
move up. So while there is subcaste A and subcaste B. While Subcaste B is
currently higher up on the caste it is possibly for subcaste A as a whole to move up

was an elderly gentleman on my right, and in the seat in front of me was a man who
did not have the most pleasant scent. Noticing people eating, coughing, or sleeping
and drooling on the window I quickly came to the realization of how many germs are
on this train. Things such as public transportplay a role in public healthsignificantly.
With all of the germs on public transportation people can pick up things easily. For
example, the measles outbreak that was in Disney World, could be picked up
through public transportation. People touching poles, seats, could pose the risk of
spreading many communicable diseases. I personally do not believe that public
transportation does a great job in the sanitation department. However, on the flip side
public transportation is also beneficial to public health. According to the APHA
people located near major highways and road ways have an increase in respiratory

No one envisions themselves not making an impact in the future. Everyone wants to
make an impact in the world, everyone wants to be remembered. Nelson Mandela
said Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.
Through obtaining an higher education, the pathways to success and being
remembered are easily revealed. Going to, and finishing, collegeallows one to bring in
higher revenue, network with people, and obtain a level of respect and prestige.
Attending a higher educationinstitution is not for everyone, and it s not the only path
to success; however, college sets one up for prosperity in every aspect of life.
The most obvious and ,in my opinion, important reason attending college is essential
is the future career pay salary. The pay gap between the poorest and richest people in

College expands the mind and allows one to view things from a different point. The
decision making process in the mind becomes more in depth and analytical
awareness increases. College can build confidence along with soft skills. Soft skills
such as time management and learning how to communicate with people are apart of

Through the course of college, one s values, integrity, and ethical standards are
brought to light more than ever. Personal development is a direct result of attending
college. The ethics that, as a youth, one is instilled proves to fully develop over time
during college.
Briefly, in my opinion, i believe attending college is important because it develops
and grows a person in mind, social skills, and technical skills. Everyone wants to be

Women In Christianity
The role of women in Christianity has always been significant. If you think about
it, women were the first people to spread the gospel because they were the ones
who ran back to town to tell the people that the tomb was empty and that Jesus had
risen, just as He said He would. We also know that many women were followers of
Jesussuch as Mary and Martha of Bethany, featured in the book of Luke. Women
often provided shelter and food for Jesus and his disciples and gave of their own
money to support his ministry (Harris, 2014).

first arrived on the scene. Great Britain also felt the effects of World War I

through a time of high unemployment rates as well as the general strike that took
