2. This clearly shows that the rough age of our target audience will be 17 - 30 year
olds. That means that we will adjust the content of the trailer to suit the target
audience.
3. This shows that the majority of people asked enjoy horror films and so it shows
that we have chosen a preferred genre.
4. This question was something we were having difficulties deciding ourselves so
we asked the public view. This has helped us greatly in making the trailer better.
5. This helped us realise which type of horror is preferred in the public eye. This
has also helped us to realise that our type of horror should be a slasher.
6. We had some difficulties when it came to deciding the best genre of music for
our trailer, so we asked the public. This came back with some very interesting
answers and benefited us greatly.
7. Although we already had a pretty good idea for the pace of the film, we wanted
public opinions as they may have had some better ideas that we may not have
thought of. As it turns out, the members of the public had the same idea as us.
8. We had decided to call the film ‘Alone In The Woods’ but wanted to know what
other people thought of the name. This shows that they liked the name.
9. The name we chose for our production company was ‘Branch Productions Inc.’
but we needed to know what other people thought of the name. This feedback
really helped us and resulted in us keeping the name ‘Branch Production Inc.’
10. For our trailer, we needed to know what text colour would be most effective to
keep the horror feel/theme. This feedback benefitted us greatly as it gave us
some really good ideas for which colours would be best.
11. This question would give us an idea to how much/often people watch films. This
came back with the results we expected it to produce, however this still
benefitted us in confirming what we thought.
