strongest contraction. Russian current is probably the most widely recognized NMES parameter,
however, current research is questioning if it is the best at producing the strongest muscle
contraction.1,2,4,5 Electrical currents such as burst modulated biphasic pulsed current, interferential
current, and Aussie current have been shown to elicit stronger contractions than Russian is capable
of.1,2,4,5
It s important to fully understand what parameters are being changed with each of these different
currents. Each current is made up of a waveform (AC, DC, or pulsed), frequency (hz, beats or pulses
per second), an amplitude (mA, intensity), pulse duration (µs, how long the pulse lasts), and burst duty
cycle (10 50%, ratio of burst duration and time of the total cycle).5 The different NMES currents

questioning that connection between the digital, the virtual and that of the physical and applicable.
Here we are looking at details as a whole, as a way/ways of practicing architecture. Laying out all the
different possibilities there are for rather justifiable or non justifiable architecture fast beyond the
present time to the near future.
For many years I have questioned these dilemmas; trying to understand how the virtual world and the
coming future of architecture is being translated into real architecture yet conveying its meaning and
approach to the existed world and us, and I mean by us not only architects or students of architecture
but people, inhabitants and users.
This translation is somehow getting lost from the digital through to the commitment of construction,
but maybe the lost and the forgotten can become the interesting and the innovative. However, this
contrast is rather intriguing and clever as it expands our possibilities and energies through the different

fluent speaker of Alutiiq and is on a crusade to revitalize the Alutiiq language and culture in Alaska.
He is a Staples native and through his study abroad, travels, and time in the Air force he developed a
love of language learning. Alaska is a diverse culture including 11 different Alaskan native cultures.
Of these 11 cultures, there are 22 languages or dialects spoken. In Kodiak Alaska, water gives life to
the people and land. The Alutiiq people are Native Alaskan in decent and are closely related to the
Navaho. Through the colonization, the Alutiiq s culture changed first by the Russians and then the
Americans. Even though Alaska is an American state Russian culture and heritage is influenced in the

Coming from a western culture, it is easy to familiarize with the Gospels over any other written text.
In order to get a different perspective on the outlook of life, it is better to compare the Gospels to
another written text. A text that is an excellent candidate to stand up next to the Gospels is the
Bhagavad Gita (or just the Gita). These two texts can depict similarities and differences between the
