it all. One day, I stumbled upon a video of a girl teaching the viewer how to do a skill named the back
handspring (a skill where you push off from an upright standing position into vertical back onto your
feet to complete a full rotation). In awe, it inspired me to attempt it myself, until I realized it took a lot
more to flip backwards and expect to land on your hands without falling onto your face. I can recall
myself watching a plethora of these varieties of videos in where people demonstrated how to do
different certain skills. I would be fascinated by the idea that you can maneuver your body to do tricks
that most people would not dare to attempt. Not long after that, I begged to try out and, to my
amazement, ended up making it into what would become my gymnastics team.
When I first began, I was not prepared for the amount of work that was required of the individual,
both physically and mentally. I remember the first practice I attended was one of my most exhausting.
Being a newcomer to such an intense sport, it allowed many, many mistakes. The quote said

Knights were a large part of the Middle Ages. A lot people think that knights are soldiers who were
covered in metal, and fought dragons and evil people. Although they were warriors, or soldiers,

To become a knight you had to be born a noble boy and start training at age seven. The boys didn t go
to school because he was sent to live with another noble family as a page. A page learned to work with

Now he was officially a knight. The only thing that protected the knight was his armor.
The reason for the armor and the shields was to protect the knight. Armor was made of metal so bows
and arrows wouldn t pierce them. Most of the armor covered the chest and the face because if they
stabbed the knights in the legs they usually wouldn t be an injury that would kill them. It was also very
hot and heavy. It weighed about 66 pounds. The knights used all different kinds of weapons. The
crossbow was a type of gun that shoots arrows. Longbows shoot arrows but they could not go through
armor. Longbow arrows could be started on fire and shot in to castles. Maces were like a spiked club.
Axes had wooden handles and at the end of it was a sharp point. Swords were metal weapons with
sharp points so when the knights went into battle they could attack on foot and could protect
themselves better.
Chivalry, knighthood s code of behavior, was part of the knight s way of life. He defended the church
and was ready to die for it. He loved the land of his birth, and gave generously to everyone. A knight
fought against injustice and evil, and never surrendered, blinked or flinched in the face of the enemy.
His code of honor and loyalty was sometimes only shown to members of his own class. He usually

When people hear the word mental disorder most times their minds are turned towards people who are
different or they automatically think of somebody pretending something is wrong. The term social
anxiety is overlooked and seen as just severe shyness. The people that view it this way are heartless
people who view mental health illnesses as diseases that are made up and shouldn t even exist.
However mental illnesses do exist and they should not be overlooked. Similar to diabetes, Social
Anxiety Disorder is a disease that is very significant and plays a huge role in someone s health, but
can often be overlooked. Nonetheless just because something isn t seen doesn t mean that it isn t there.

Anxiety disorder is the fear and the anxiety of being negatively judged and evaluated by other people
(Richards). It isn t uncommon for people to feel like they are being judged or evaluated by people.
More often than not people are judging and evaluating people they see every day. Judging by first
impressions happens all day everyday and everyone has done it. Sure enough, everyone has had these
feelings at one point or another and that is why it is often confused with just being extremely shy.

Power, he ultimately provides evidence for a limit on liberty in respect to will, rather than the denial of

When children experience early speech difficulties they tend to be at risk later on. By being
susceptible to language skills early on allows the child (ren) to be more proficiency and react in a way
that contributes to them being able to express themselves in a way that causes them to use a variety of
different phonemes and at the same time mix and maneuver other language and literacy skills.
Numerous studies have found that there is a strong link between language problems, reading and
overall academic achievement (Konza, 2006, Snow Burns and Griffin, 1998, Justice and Ezell, 2000).
