Introduction
• Our system SIS, provides all information of the students and faculties.
• It will use anytime and anywhere.
• In this we include attendance, materials, subject, department, timetable, information of students and faculty,
etc.
• Admin can add attendance, subject, department, timetable, information of students and faculty.
• Faculty can upload material, fill the attendance and get report of the attendance.
• The report will extract in various types like PDF, Word and Excel for the view.
• Student can view attendance, timetable, department and download the material.
• When faculty will fill attendance then the mail will be goes to the student, if they are absent or present.
• The attendance also will be update.
• There is another function is forget password page. When student forget their password then he/she login with
their enrolment number so, password will send to their email id.
• When faculty will forget their password they will login with their email id and the password will send to their
email id.

Motivation
• In traditional system, all the data and information are stored in paper and to save old documents is crucial task
for any one.
• To solve this problem we develop this system SIS, which helps to reduces paper work and waste of paper
even it also save the time.

Objective
• By using this system, faculty can get the report of attendance easily and also maintain counseling file from
data.
• Students get their attendance regularly.
• Even parents also get aware about their child progress.
• This SIS system is online. So, students not need to go to faculty for information detail such as, attendance,
leave, material.

Scope
• SIS will be limited for Diwaliba polytechnic.
• Where faculty can fill attendance and students can see their attendance.
• Student can get their materials from this easily.

Conclusion
• Student information system can be used by education institutes to maintain the records of
students easily. Achieving this objective is difficult using a manual system as the information is
scattered, can be redundant and collecting relevant information very time consuming. All these
problems are solve using this project.

Future Scope
• In future we will add auto generated timetable for exam arrangement.
• Quiz management, calendar, parents module where attendance report will send to parents by mail.
