I help organizations to improve and succeed, detecting signals and connecting dots across disciplines. I invented EventStorming, and I am still experimenting new ways to make difficult decisions easier. I believe in cross-discipline contamination: I started my career as a software developer, but then I was a mission leader, a software architect, a trainer and a learning experience designer, an agile coach, an entrepreneur, a book author, a conference speaker, a strategist, a facilitator and an organization designer. ...and it's still all connected.
