What is creativity?
 Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is
characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden
patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to
generate solutions.
 Creativity involves two processes thinking then producing. If you have ideas but
don’t act on them you are imaginative not creative.” (Naiman, Linda 2014

Results  41% said they enjoyed coming to work.  29% of Employees felt their input had value.  63% said their projects that are assigned match their skills and knowledge.  51% of employees felt they have the proper tools to exercise creativity
