Creativity involves generating new ideas and implementing them. Companies that promote creativity see benefits like new products/services and process improvements. Leadership that fosters creativity includes effective coaching, feedback, and assigning projects matching employees' skills. A company surveyed employees before and after implementing creativity initiatives. Initially, 41% enjoyed work and 51% felt able to be creative. After changes, 83% enjoyed work and 80% felt able to be creative, showing initiatives successfully promoted creativity.
Women entrepreneurship has been recognised as an important source of economic growth. Women entrepreneurs create new jobs for themselves and others and also provide society with different solutions to management, organization and business problems. However, they still represent a minority of all entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs often face gender-based barriers to starting and growing their businesses, like discriminatory property, matrimonial and inheritance laws and/or cultural practices; lack of access to formal finance mechanisms; limited mobility and access to information and networks, etc
The major problems that have been identified are, poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, homelessness and crime and violence. Poverty is the condition, when the individuals experience scarcity of resources that are necessary to sustain their living conditions appropriately in my slide we can learn more about this
What is Entrepreneurship? Generally, it is an activity of setting up a business and carrying out all the business operations by taking some financial risks to maximize the margin of profit. It is enough to briefly understand the whole concept properly. When the entrepreneurship is based on the welfare and upbringing of the remote areas, then it is known as Rural Entrepreneurship.
As people are migrating from rural areas to urban areas due to lack of job opportunities and rural youth is unable to find any options for their growth. It is not only bad for the rural areas as the rural areas do not have any options for youth but it also put pressure on the infrastructure and amenities of the urban areas. However, a large number of products and services are available in remote areas but people do not have any inventive ideas to utilize all these resources in a proper manner. That is the reason; Rural Entrepreneurship is highly required to develop the small villages and their people too.
