conversation is simply talking to
someone else usually informally
 Conversation is two way street
 Be nice
 Keep it light
 Lead with a compliment
 ask a lot of questions
 It is not all about other person so try to
achieve balance between talking and
listening in conversation
 Walk into conversation with big smile and
open body language and keep yourself
open and smiling politely .
 Try to keep the conversation as light and
approachable as possible
 Compliments are best possible way to
begin a conversation
 Questions are conversational lubricant
