Socialization is a process by which individual acquires
the knowledge, language, skill, attitude, values and how
to interact with society.

rules like punctuality,
cleanliness, discipline,
hard work, adjustment
etc…..
An individual learns both
positive and negative
things.
The people share similar
interest and social status.
Peer group may also
teach the negative like
violence, smoking, drugs
etc….
Mass media has both
positive and negative
impacts.
Positive impacts (kids
talent shows, NEWS,
awareness etc…)
Negative impacts
(stereotypes, violence,
suicide, addiction, stress,
depression etc…)
The child learns about the morality, values, beliefs,
ideas of right and wrong, dressing etc..
