                    block social media URLs
              9%    Do not allow use, and monitor individual's online
                    activity
              9%    Allow use out of office hours
              2%    Allow use over lunch period
              13%   Allow use, but monitor and penalise any abuse found
              0%    Allow unrestricted use
              9%    Allow unrestricted use, applying sanctions only if abuse is
                    discovered through periodic or random checks
