Site C is located at the DBKL parking lot, just beside the Gombak River where the ROL project is currently taken place. The site analysis is done by us, a group of semester 6 architecture students from Taylor's University Lakeside Campus.

Activities are restricted as site C is surrounded by administration buildings. Citizens
in that area prefer to stay inside the building rather than the outdoor area.
Hence, there is no interaction between different user groups.
The Site can be transformed into a Social Anchor that can
promote interaction and give people a chance to have
contact with nature and release stress.

Noises that affect our site are mainly causes by transportation. The
LRT produces Intermittent noise every 3 to 4 minutes whereas vehicles
produce continuous noise especially during peak hours.

FUNCTION OF JALAN RAJA LAUT, FILLING IN THE MISSING PART OF THE AREA.
