Citizens in that area prefer to stay inside the building rather than the outdoor area. Hence, there is no interaction between different user groups. The Site can be transformed into a Social Anchor that can promote interaction and give people a chance to have contact with nature and release stress.

- 45. CONCLUS IONThe recreational centre emphasizes on programmatic engagement, spatial layout and social engagement that will help to reduce urban stress. Located nearby public transportation, the building can become a resting point for by passers. It can also be one of the stopping points for the River of Life Project. The building aims to balance the functions of Jalan Raja Laut, filling in the missing part of the area.
