Key Duties & Responsibilities
 Supervising the performance of PSRs with key emphasis on Target Achievement.
 Training the PSRs on - visibility, Selling Skills, Products Knowledge at retail stores.
 Enhancing the capability of PSRs by analysing their weak areas and by making
corrective action plan after 3 days of Joint Working Exercise
 Tracking of TOP Store outlets & Premier / Lite store on visibility of company’s
products and new launches.
 Training to the sales teamthat how to handle Top outlets (like Whole Sale, PWD, PS
store) so as to increase business volume.
 Analysing competitors’ new launches and their schemes, and reporting the same to
RSTM and ASM.
 Effectively Planning new launches on all category stores
 New Distributor enrol support System management like LOREAL SUVIDHA Software
1. PILOT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PSR)

 Direct responsible for coverage of 230 outlets in North Delhi
 Responsible for achieving secondary sales target & Distribution in the assigned
territory.

Product (DBB), New Product Launch
