Production Control Assistant- Job duties included opening new job orders for assembly and
manufacturing parts that they can schedule on a time frame basic also as well as making sure
purchase parts are in stock as needed for the job to be released and ready to be assemble. This
includes maintaining the maintenance on new part items that engineer has added to the Syteline
system and is label corrected that matches the drawing that the engineer department provided.
This job includes monitoring any ECN’s, NCR’s to the BOM changes that have been modified
with notating and changes to the work orders paperwork (router) as required. Also, once the
work order jobs as been completed all labor, material, parts, freight, purchase orders has to be
checked for accuracy for this job to be toggle complete and closed. Daily reports and spreadsheet
