Payroll Coordinator
• Processed biweekly payroll for 800 employees using Kronos Workforce, Kronos
Teletime and ADP’s PayExpert.
• Created and used ADP Reporting to reconcile hours versus Kronos, resulting in a
reduction in payroll errors. Errors were reduced from 2 per pay period to approximately
2 per 6 month period.
• Utilized ADP Reporting to prepare management reports, including overtime, FTE, and
cost analysis. Also prepared benefit reports for 403b and other payroll deduction
funding.
• Managed garnishment process for company. Prepared payroll journal entries and
reconciled payroll related general ledger accounts.
• Assisted employees and management with payroll related issues. Worked with internal
and external auditors on a regular basis, providing backup and analysis.
• Prepared training materials for new hires and conduct regular training on payroll
procedures and time punching in Kronos. Updated Kronos timekeeper training manual
and regularly train timekeepers, both new and as refresher courses.
• Managed conversion from Kronos Workforce Timekeeper version 5.2 to version 6.3.
• Implemented streamlined procedure for reporting time to temp agencies resulting in
quicker turnaround on payment to those agencies.

Payroll Analyst
