Hardware looping is a feature of some processor instruction sets whose hardware can repeat the body of a loop automatically, rather than requiring software instructions which take up cycles (and therefore time) to do so. Loop Unrolling is a loop transformation technique that attempts to advance a program's execution speed to the detriment of its twofold size, which is a methodology known as space–time tradeoff. A convolutional neural network is created with simple loops, with hardware looping, with loop unrolling and with both hardware looping and loop unrolling, and a comparison is made to evaluate the effectiveness of hardware looping and loop unrolling. The hardware loops alone will add to a cycle check decline, while the mix of hardware loops and dot product instructions will decrease the clock cycle tally further. The CNN is simulated on Xilinx Vivado 2021.1 running on Zync-7000 FPGA.

DESIGN ISSUES ON SOFTWARE ASPECTS AND SIMULATION TOOLS FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NE...IJNSA Journal
In this paper, various existing simulation environments for general purpose and specific purpose WSNs are discussed. The features of number of different sensor network simulators and operating systems are compared. We have presented an overview of the most commonly used operating systems that can be used in different approaches to address the common problems of WSNs. For different simulation environments there are different layer, components and protocols implemented so that it is difficult to compare them. When same protocol is simulated using two different simulators still each protocol implementation differs, since their functionality is exactly not the same. Selection of simulator is purely based on the application, since each simulator has a varied range of performance depending on application.
Machine Learning (ML) in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs)mabualsh
Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and the Internet of Things (IoT) monitor dynamic environments that change rapidly over time. This dynamic behavior is either caused by external factors or initiated by the system designers themselves. WSNs and IoT often adopt machine learning to eliminate the need for unnecessary redesign. Machine learning inspires many practical solutions that maximize resource utilization and prolong the network's lifespan. These slides present an extensive literature review of machine learning methods to address common issues in WSNs and IoT.

Intrusion Detection and Countermeasure in Virtual Network Systems Using NICE ...IJERA Editor
The cloud computing has increased in many organizations. It provides many benefits in terms of low cost and accessibility of data. Ensuring the security of cloud computing is a major factor in the cloud computing environment, as users often store sensitive information with cloud storage providers but these providers may be untrusted. In this project we propose anIntrusion Detection and Countermeasure in Virtual Network Systems mechanism called NICE to prevent vulnerable virtual machines from being compromised in the cloud. NICE detects and mitigates collaborative attacks in the cloud virtual networking environment. The system performance evaluation demonstrates the feasibility of NICE and shows that the proposed solution can significantly reduce the risk of the cloud system from being exploited and abused by internal and external attackers.
Optical network is an emerging technology for data communication
inworldwide. The information is transmitted from the source to destination
through the fiber optics. All optical network (AON) provides good
transmission transparency, good expandability, large bandwidth, lower bit
error rate (BER), and high processing speed. Link failure and node failure
haveconsistently occurred in the traditional methods. In order to overcome
the above mentioned issues, this paper proposes a robust software defined
switching enabled fault localization framework (SDSFLF) to monitor the
node and link failure in an AON. In this work, a novel faulty node
localization (FNL) algorithm is exploited to locate the faulty node. Then, the
software defined faulty link detection (SDFLD) algorithm that addresses the
problem of link failure. The failures are localized in multi traffic stream
(MTS) and multi agent system (MAS). Thus, the throughput is improved in
SDSFLF compared than other existing methods like traditional routing and
wavelength assignment (RWA), simulated annealing (SA) algorithm, attackaware RWA (A-RWA) convex, longest path first (LPF) ordering, and
biggest source-destination node degree (BND) ordering. The performance of
the proposed algorithm is evaluated in terms of network load, wavelength
utilization, packet loss rate, and burst loss rate. Hence, proposed SDSFLF
assures that high performance is achieved than other traditional techniques.
ENHANCED THREE TIER SECURITY ARCHITECTURE FOR WSN AGAINST MOBILE SINK REPLI...ijwmn
Recent developments on Wireless Sensor Networks have made their application in a wide range
such as military sensing and tracking, health monitoring, traffic monitoring, video surveillance and so on.
Wireless sensor nodes are restricted to computational resources, and are always deployed in a harsh,
unattended or unfriendly environment. Therefore, network security becomes a tough task and it involves
the authorization of admittance to data in a network. The problem of authentication and pair wise key
establishment in sensor networks with mobile sink is still not solved in the mobile sink replication attacks.
In q-composite key pre distribution scheme, a large number of keys are compromised by capturing a
small fraction of sensor nodes by the attacker. The attacker can easily take a control of the entire network
by deploying a replicated mobile sinks. Those mobile sinks which are preloaded with compromised keys
are used authenticate and initiate data communication with sensor node. To determine the above problem
the system adduces the three-tier security framework for authentication and pair wise key establishment
between mobile sinks and sensor nodes. The previous system used the polynomial key pre distribution
scheme for the sensor networks which handles sink mobility and continuous data delivery to the
neighbouring nodes and sinks, but this scheme makes high computational cost and reduces the life time of
sensors. In order to overcome this problem a random pair wise key pre distribution scheme is suggested
and further it helps to improve the network resilience. In addition to this an Identity Based Encryption is
used to encrypt the data and Mutual authentication scheme is proposed for the identification and
isolation of replicated mobile sink from the network.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

3. Introduction
In a wireless sensor network (WSN), the usage of
resources is usually highly related to the execution of
tasks which consume a certain amount of computing
and communication bandwidth.
Task allocation and scheduling is a typical problem in
the area of high performance computing.
As the WSN always works in an unknown dynamic
environment, sensor nodes may fail in many cases,
such as when they move or die from battery depletion.
Hence to solve this problem, a multi-agent-based self-
adapted task scheduling strategy will be adapted.

theories and technologies to the
WSN
(1) Using agent and multi-agent system theory to model
and simulate the WSN contributes to formally analyze
and design network activities and organization.
(2) Using agent software can expand the WSN intelligence
and create an autonomous network system.
(3) Using agent software can reduce the redundancy of
sensing data and data flow.
(4) Using agent software can save the energy of the WSN
and effectively extend the network lifetime.
(5) Using agent-based design theory and method can
achieve the dynamic application of the WSN and highly
flexible strategy of task scheduling.
