Flex time is a 40 minute period each day (except Wednesdays) for students to complete assignments, get extra help, collaborate, study or work on personal projects. Students must be in a designated learning space like their classroom or library during flex time and it should be used productively, not for socializing or non-school activities. In September 2016, the school will introduce flex time to help students develop time management skills, catch up on work and improve their grades through greater access to teachers.
