● So that it will not distract audience common sense

● Entertaining is nothing but comic,
● It must be a combination of all human emotions (sad, happy, etc..)

4. CHARACTERS
● Character becomes alive when it moves the way it should be
● Attitude is important part of it
● Characters must be designed with all human emotions
● Writer must aware of that audience are having presumption about
some animals/ type of caricatures already in their minds
● How the particular animal behaves and What is the strength of
particular caricatures? Etc..

5. EMOTIONS
● It is very important element among three magic elements
● Physiological, facial expression and dialogues constitute emotions of
characters on screen
● Finally, clean motion helps to grab the audience attention along
with the three elements such as good story-character-emotions

● It must appealing to all ages
● Ensure the emotion balance
● Make use of advantages of collaborations in animation filmmaking

● Anything can possible with animation
● Can create fifteen thousand helicopters fly over the sky
● All kind of emotions can be shown between all the characters
● Unless you one doing 3D animated thing
● It might capture every little nuance
● So there is some characters or facial nuances that might not be
able to pulled off in animation

12. FINDING THE RIGHT STORY
● Right story is nothing but exploring the story with proper emotions
● It's important to screen it for fresh eyes for different audiences

13. EVER- EVOLVING SCREENPLAY
● Writing is rewriting
● We should constantly re-writ until start the production
● Animation is expensive that we really try to work out the story as
much as possible

14. KEEP YOUR SCRIPT SHORT AND TO THE POINT

● keep your animation 1-2 minutes long.
● Read your script out loud!
● Do the words sound natural to you?
● Use a timer to time yourself reading the script at a normal pace.
● If it reads too long, adjust it as necessary.
● Basic corrections that you make now can save you time and effort
later.

15. USE FEWER WORDS AND MORE VISUALS
● The purpose of animation is to visually inform your viewer.
● Don’t just spoon-feed words, information, and data to your
audience.
● Give your viewers a chance to process and put pieces together
● Think about visual ways to show the message you are trying to
convey.

16. COLLABORATION IS KEY
● Keeping your client involved before and during pre-production stage
● Collaboration of a group of talent is the organic thing where it kind
of grows.
● Once you finish your script, you will want to make sure the content
is locked and approved.
