This reflective essay is about a 2013 survey of Americans on the United States
roles in global health. The survey article focuses on properties for U.S. in world
affairs, priorities in global health, views of U.S. spending on foreign aid and effort
to improve health in developing counties, caveats to support the current level of
U.S. spending on global health, and the visibility of global health issues and sources

Summary Of Range-Finding By Robert Frost
Robert Frost s Range Finding, is a poem about the effects of war. To fully
understand the poem, one must first look to the title: Range Finding . Range finding
is defined as, the determination of the range to a target by adjusting fire on it (
range finding ). Through the strong usages of imagery, Frost creates the setting of
the poem. Set during a time of war, the poem discusses how nature perceives the act
of range finding. The poem also showcases the difference between innocence and
violence. Consisting of only fourteen lines, the poem takes the form of a sonnet. The
fourteen lines are broken into two stanzas.
The first stanza introduces the poem through the usage of enjambment. By using
enjambment, Frost allows the reader to become acclimated to the story. This
acclimation is necessary due to the usage of imagery in the poem. End stopped lines
are used next to pull the story along. Frost then uses enjambment again to act as a
reprieve before the stanza concludes with an end stopped line. The second stanza,
which coincides with the beginning of the second day, begins with enjambment as
well. Three end stopped lines conclude the last stanza. Both stanzas follow the same
general pattern when it comes the poetic devices.
Furthermore, the poem is a special case when it comes to its rhyme scheme.
Composed of eight lines, the first stanza forms an octave. This octave has the rhyme
scheme abbaabba . The remaining six lines form the second stanza. This sestet has the
rhyme scheme ccdeed . The octave and sestet combine to form a Petrarchan sonnet
( Petrarchan sonnet ). The poem is set over the course of two days. Each day is
represented by a stanza. The first stanza opens with a bullet flying through the air.
The bullet hits a spider web and tears it: battle rent a cobweb (1). This opening line
creates the backdrop for the poem. In the middle of a field, some foreign entity is
shooting bullets to determine the range. The speaker of this poem, which does not
have a gender, is a witness to this practice. The bullet continues its trajectory and

Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Eden Prairie. The total estimated cost for the project is
$1.858 billion, costing the state of Minnesota a total of $30.3 million. The rest of the
funding comes from various sources such as Counties Transit Improvement Board,
Hennepin Country Regional Railroad Authority, Metropolitan Council, in kind land
transfers, and other local contributions. Construction is set to start in 2017 and end
