INTRODUCTION
Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) are transparent roundworm, that range about 1mm in length and
lack a respiratory and circulatory system. C. elegans is a model organism in genetics, its short life
cycle, ease of cultivation, small size, and high cell number and development makes it an easy animal
to use in experiments (International Journal of Molecular Science). In this experiment, two strains of
worms will be used. Virgin hermaphrodite and him 8 males, which will be the wildtype. Him 8 strain
is being use in this experiment because this gene has an increased rate of X chromosomes, giving a
forty percent change of producing male and sixty percent chance of hermaphrodite. This will help
produce wildtype and mutant genes in the genetic offspring of the two. Hermaphrodites can be
distinguishing from the male counterpart because they have wispy threadlike structure for their tail,
whereas male have a blunt end tail. (C. elegans as a genetic organism) The tails are a great way in
telling the difference between these two mutant strain. When crossing these two strain together, the
hypothesis that was made would be that we would find more male mutation of an offspring because

dual relationships, boundaries, and standard of care. Dual Relationships Dr. Leo Marvin, because of
the family s fondness of Bob and his own personal desire for his family members to like and admire
him, he repeatedly continues to let Bob spend time with him and his family. Dr. Marvin should have
been more straightforward with his family about the importance of being overly friendly to a patient
and the implications that could follow. Boundaries In the beginning, Dr. Leo Marvin tries to set clear
boundaries with Bob in a calm manner, but it does not work. In observing the conversations between

For any organization the collection and storage of data have always been a primary concern. Large
organizations nowadays use a database system to address this task. However, the earliest solution is a
file based system, and it is still in use in many small firms today.
File based system is a set of application programs that provides services for users to keep and process
data. Each program is independent and can define and manage its own data. When users need to look
up some information, they go to the filing system and search from the first entry until the desired
result is found.
Although the file based system can be an effective approach sometime, it does suffer from two
detrimental problems:

← Isolation of data. When stored in a file based system, data is kept within separate files in an isolated
manner. It would be a rather difficult task when users want to access relevant information from two

Drag queens demand attention, from their over the top makeup, to the towering wigs they wear, when
they enter on stage, they have all the attention in the room. That attention has changed from horror, to
disgust, to appreciation in the past 200 years but the culture of drag queens has always stayed true to
being a community for men who do not fit into the mold of what is deemed normal. It has been a safe
haven and a family for those who do not have anywhere else. Through this culture we see strength, art

are the role drag queens play in the LGBTQ community, the language they use, their history, the

For this paper the self narrative is used to explain our story of how we interact with our romantic or
close interpersonal relationships. The ability to do this is not something I have always had but rather
something I have learned over time with the help of therapist and determination to learn to become a
better communicator and more differentiated self. Being a middle child I found myself in the role of
the pleaser, the child who was easy going, did not cause any conflict, was quiet and shy and did not
