Crime statistics published by the Home Office provide information regarding crime rates, the trends of
which ethnicity, social class, areas in the country that commit the highest rates crime. The method that
is used to collate the data. Quantitative methods such as questionnaires and secondary data are used by
positivists (who see sociology as a science) which means that the problems with the methods used
relate to the problems with crime statistics. There are many problems with official statistics, especially
when they are showing trends in crime. The problems however, do not outweigh the beneficial factors
that come with using crime statistics.

People with high powered jobs in the course of their professional or business occupation include
bribery and corruption, tax evasion and embezzling funds and other types of fraud. These crimes go
unreported because these people are not under scrutiny or are not being observed because they have
the authority no one is above them. In addition, these crimes are dealt with in a different way. Rather
than being handed to the policing authorities to be prosecuted in court, they are sacked, and their

this way because these numbers need to kept confidential to minimize the risk of theft. Integrity needs
to be held for the fact that if these are manipulated, depending on the situation, refunds may be pushed
to the wrong individuals bank account. And I feel availability is just as important for verification
reasons.
Qualification I feel that integrity in this care is the most important, for the fact that that these need to
match up with the persons actual qualifications to prevent someone being placed in a position that
may hold confidential information, when in fact they are not qualified to hold this type of information.

My dissertation research has provided successful evidence of non pharmacological approach to
personal precision medicine. Human and animal studies both in vitro and in vivo have provided
potential mechanotransduction pathways underlying bone regeneration and remodeling. The relation
of profiling gene expression between human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) and
macrophages provides profound understandings of bone homeostasis starting in bone marrow niches.
The use of two photon confocal microscope has provided visual evidence on mechanical
modifications under the low intensity vibration measured by atomic force microscope. The RNA
interference technique of knocking down biogenes has confirmed the possibility of the
mechanotransduction pathway involving cellular interactions of physical structures inside the cell and
nucleus. My successful pathway has shown that the orientation of cytoskeleton controls the
programmable differentiation fates of multipotent human bone marrow and adipose derived MSCs.
These results could lead to a novel treatment of osteoporosis and diabetic patients using stem cell
precision medicine.

Field Experience Reflection Paper For this field experience my group have taught five different
lessons that has consisted of four different groups of students. This made it difficult to analyze the
different students work, and to know what types of problems each student typically struggles with.
Since we had different students, my group was able to pose similar problems to different students and
it allowed us to get better with our teaching. Since we used similar problems, we were able to practice
our questioning skills and get better after each lesson. Lesson 1: For the first day we only had five to
ten minutes with one student named Lucas and posed the following problem: Sarah has 78 apples. She
needs to put 6 apples in each basket. How many full baskets will she have?his student solved the
problem by writing, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, .... Lucas wrote all the way up to 78 and he was able to
tell us that there would be 13 baskets. That first day, I could have been better at communicating with
Lucas. I should have asked at the beginning, what do know about this problem? What are you trying
to find? Do you have any questions about the problem?. I believe that this would have helped clear up
any confusion that Lucas could have had. We also read the problem out loud, what we should have
done was type it in the chat box and then read it aloud. Big mistake on our part. Overall, Lucas was
able to solve the problem, but we could have done better with communicating to him.

His novels are strongly influenced by the existential philosophy of Satare, Albert Camus and

(1990) is characterised by themes of frustration, disintegration, rootlessness, a sense of alienation and
existential predicament. The present paper examines how Joshi, in his last novel, The City and The
River (1990), delineates existential predicament of its prominent characters. The prominent characters
in it carry with them a sense of alienation, loneliness and pessimism. The novel depicts the existential
dilemma of its characters in hostile world but this predicament, however, has been replaced by the
Socio political crisis of the city, which is a conglomerate of individuals and can be said to represent
the whole humanity.
