As a child I was very active. Participating in gymnastics, dance, soccer, and

In our country railways have become prominent. Our system consists of solution for
reservation, planning and managing railway transportation. It includes the idea of
seat selection, indirect route finding to provide convenience to the users while
planning trips. Apart from this we deal to provide client side facilities using
algorithms such as SHA 512 for security purpose. It may also provide avoidance
over simultaneous registration, authentication and blocking of about two or more
client assessment at the same time. The front end consists of HTML web pages and
Backend consist of PHP and loosely coupled with Front End. It also includes database

Star War hate it or love it, it has captured the minds and imaginations of millions of
people. I remember watching Episode IV A New Hope when I was a little kid and
was memorized by it. Loving everything about the movie from space travel to the
mystery of the force. But now I lost all hope in Star Wars after the last two newest
movies which are The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. In A New Hope you can
actually see the journey of the hero, which follows Luke s Journey from being a
teenager to a man by the actions he took throughout the movie. In the new movie
the force awakens Rey is supposed to be the hero and has to experience events in
her life like Luke that will change her to be a hero that she was born to be. Yet after

and that they gave her powers that seem unrealistic for her level of training. Even

we live, in a way defines us. If we live in the country, we can identify with tropes of

McGeever s ten year old son, Scott, and their change of place as immigrants from

John Waterman, one of many characters introduced, grew up climbing the highest
peaks on the North American Continent, taught by his father at the young age of
thirteen. Few years later, however, Waterman s parents divorced and his mental

planet died of hunger. He attempted several climbs as promotion, none seeming
successful, though, until tragedy struck and his elaborate journals burned completely

Judicial waiver, direct files, and statutory exclusion are the three mechanisms used to
transfer juvenile offenders to adult criminal court. Although direct files and statutory
exclusion are used from time to time, it is judicial waiver that is used in most
juvenile transfer cases. Judicial waiver is the most common mechanism used and it
gives juvenile court judges the authority to table certain juvenile cases to the adult
criminal court. In the last few decades, 48 states, including District of Columbia, have
gained the authority to waive juveniles to criminal court. 37 states have the authority
to use statutory exclusion which orders juvenile prosecutions in adult courts. The last
mechanism is direct files and 10 states approve of it as a mean to transfer juveniles to
criminal courts by warranting the prosecution the power to charge the juvenile as an
adult. These three mechanisms differ due to the level of discretion that each provides
to the courts and actors of the courts. One gives the discretion to the judge while
other two leave it either up to the judge or the court itself to determine whether or not
the juvenile should be transferred. All 50 states, including District of Columbia,
allows at least one out of the three mechanisms to transfer juveniles to criminal courts.

The problem with poverty is more deeply rooted than just the decision to attend
school. Poverty also is a factor of something the poor have absolutely no control
over, the redistribution or dispersion of money. This is the deciding factor in how the
classes are formed. If the government does not redistribute the wealth evenly
throughout the class system, gaps appear. This is exactly what is happening in
today s society. Under the new policies of our president the richest one percent
have taken a 25 percent income tax cut while the poorest 20 percent have taken a
1.2 percent tax cut (Bush Tax Cut Plan). It is said that the rich will spend their

giving the money to the poor through businesses, but it has not worked to date.

Many words can describe Clarice Starling, but not selfish. She has many
opportunities to put herself ahead of everyone in her life, but not once does she
take them. She risks her progress in school, her own safety, and her beliefs to save

others ahead of herself. Clarice shows she is selfless and that her own interests are

Irving theme in this short story is that all action have consequences. In the story
Tom tries to trick the Devil by becoming more pious that others who have religious
their entire lives. However, it does not work, because one day the Devil comes
back for Tom holding a black horse, which neighed and stamped with impatience
(Irving 359). This small segment of imagery supports the theme, because the horse
is anxious and impatient as if it has waited a long time to be here and take Tom
away to what he deserves. The reader can imagine a horse that is rearing and ready
to go. It demonstrates that even if Tom protected himself for a little while the
Devil still came back to dispense the consequences for the deal he and Tom made
together. Tom worked as a usurer to gain a large fortune that he wanted, just so he

black horse swept him away all of his earthly treasure disappeared as well. All his

the actions he took to gain it. On the other hand, Tom never did enjoy his money,
because of his stingy nature. Tom wanted all the money he could get his hands on,
but he never wanted to spend a dime. In addition with the added fear of the Devil
coming at any time Tom was always on edge and at peace. He made a deal with the
Devil and the Devil made him suffer the consequences of his actions. Old Scratch and

before age 20. This statistic is differentially distributed by race and ethnicity 8% of
white teenage females, 16% of African American teenage females, and 17% of
Hispanic teenage females. While Hispanics have the highest teen birth rate, there
has been a drastic decline. Since 2007, the birth rate for Hispanics has declined by

Noreen, just like Jodee, was constantly harassed for being different, leading her to
have no friends at the high school. Jodee gave Noreen someone to share her pain
with, and gave her someone she could trust in. Another person Jodee helped was
Marianne. Jodee helped her by working with the deaf children at Holy Ascension,
treating Marianne like the little sister she never had. She was an outcast from
regular children and the deaf children as well. This was due to the fact that even
compared to the deaf kids she was different, and they couldn t understand her. ... A

Literature Review:
Rao (2001) made an attempt to explain the variation of capital structure across
industries in India during pre and post liberalization regime and also examine if there
is any significant change in average industry level capital structure during post
liberalization regime. The study is based on industry wise data of 85 industries in
manufacturing sector the results shows that there has been significant decrease in
leverage during post liberalization regime and there has been change in set of
explanatory variables for capital structure. The most significant explanatory variables
for capital structure during pre liberalization regime were the measure of profitability,
risk and asset type. During post liberalization regime measure of profitability, growth
and asset type were the most significant variables.
Bhaduri (2002) studied the capital structure choice in developing countries through
a case study of Indian corporate sector, for the period 1989 90 to 1994 95, based on
a sample of 363 firms across nine industries. The author has reported optimal capital
structure choice is influenced by factors such as growth, cash flow size and product
industry and characteristics.
Gupta (2004) conducted a study of a sample of 210 companies reporting the
seventeen industrial sector in India for 1992 2000 period by using ANOVA and
multiple linear regression model. The study found significant variation in debt equity
