 Payroll processing of approx. 1500 Regular & FTE Employyees
 Uploading the P.F, E.S.I Challan online &Muster Roll Staff Salary for all staff.
 Accurate track record of attendance and leave management
 Preparation of various monthly, annual reports and other complex reports (e.g. Attrition report)
 Timely and accurate payroll processing & taxation
 Taking care of the F&F settlement of all permanent employees.
 Taking care of the Gratuity settlement and superannuation settlement.
 Taking care of statutory compliance obligations and their timely submission (PF, LWF, PT )
 Handling yearend activities like Investment proof submission and validation.
 Handling Reimbursement claims related to payroll.
 Handling Addressing employees queries on Day to day basis.
 Responsible for all pre recruitment activities
 Initiate periodical appraisals for Trainee
 Consolidate the appraisals and coordinate the progression activities
 Monitor overtime of workers
 Statutory compliance & Liaison with Local Govt. Authorities like Labor Officer, PF & ESIC,
etc, Drafting of show cause notice, warning letters and notices, Grievance handling of
employees to make peace & harmony in plant.
 Maintaining & renewal of Insurance policies - GMC, GPA, Vehicle, WC, Overseas etc.
 Looking after the process of Vehicle Policy Claim, Mediclaim & other insurance claim.
 License related to Factories Act
 Registration of certificate for engaging contract labour
 Registers and forms maintained under various Acts
 Cater to all emergency medical needs
 Organize retirement functions and other events
 To Process PF Settlement claim for Resigned employees
 Have good networking with Local police stations, other Govt. agencies
