 Payroll Executive
• Processing of Company’s monthly payroll by ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of
salaries, overtime, and other payments.

• Prepare and Calculation of Overtime for Non-Management staff.
• Prepare and Process Daily Wages staff Salaries.
• Answering staff, queries regarding payroll, time attendance and Leave Status.

 Compensation and Benefits
• Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other
regulations or legislation.
• Research industry current compensation structures and proposed occupational
classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.
• Process personal loan and advance salary if required by the employee as per defined policy.
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure.
 Exit Formalities
• Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning.
• Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective
measures for them.
• Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience.
• Prepare and Process the full and final settlement for the person.
 Time Attendance
• Daily Attendance Polling.
• Daily verification of attendance.
• To prepared employee ID cards.
• Finalization of attendance on month end.
• Responsible for monitor attendance of employees.
• Compile time attendance sheets regarding employee’s arrival and departure times.
• To prepared and maintain Leaves (casual, sick, annual, compensatory, special leave without
pay on system).
• To prepared and verify overtime sheets and finalization of employee’s overtime on manual
sheets.
• When the new employee is hired, new code is generated on system for generated the code of
new employees.
• Responsible for updating new joining, employee leaving, Re-designation, Re-hiring, transfer,
regularize information employees.
• To prepared and issue transfer letter, termination letter, and warning letter.
• Deal with all employees H R matters.

 Payroll Officer
• Payroll processing user SAP. Accounts Assistant
• Payroll of Karachi Electric Supply Corporation Employees through SAP.
• To process the salary of 18,000 Employees of KESC,
• To maintain leave records of all employees & its reconciliation.
• To prepare the documents of Increments, arrears & deductions & it’s processing.
• Keep update the time office record of 18,000 employees of KESC.
• To pay the leave encashment to entitled employees & manage record monthly.
