Introduction: The ability of an endodontic instrument to remain centered in the root canal system is one of the most desirable characteristic and it also influences the clinical performance of any particular file system. Thus, it is essential to assess the apical transportation and canal centering ability of newer rotary NiTi file systems for successful cleaning and shaping of root canals. Aims and objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the apical transportation and centering ability of three recently introduced NiTi file systems–1.Protaper Next (PTN) 2. Hyflex CM (HCM) 3. Twisted file (TF). Material and method: Total of 24 extracted maxillary first molars with mesiobuccal root having curvatures between 15-30 degrees were collected and randomly and equally divided into the three following groups- Gr A, Gr B, Gr C (n=8). Every tooth was embedded into the wax block maintaining the groups and pre instrumentation CBCT was done. After that the MB canals were instrumented and prepared by Protaper-Next in Gr A, Hyflex CM in Gr B and Twisted file in Gr C respectively. All the canals while instrumenting were irrigated by 2.5%NaOCl and 17%EDTA. Then teeth were subsequently re-embedded into the wax block maintaining the groups and post instrumentation CBCT was done. The pre and the post procedural scan images were analyzed and compared for the changes. Result: Mean apical transportation of PTN was highest of all followed by HCM and TF and Mean centering ability of TF was highest followed by HCM and PTN. Conclusion: Twisted file system showed least apical transportation and highest centering ability followed by Hyflex CM and Protaper next file system respectively

Presentation of the Self-Adjusting File (SAF) System - a revolutionary innovative system for root canal (endodontic) treatment, that adapts to the anatomy of the root canal in a minimally invasive way, without excessively removing dentin or causing micro-fractures, and at the same time includes simultaneous continuous irrigation (with Sodium Hypochlorite or other irrigants). This enables the dentist to carry an efficient cleaning-shaping-irrigation endodontic procedure with a higher success rate.

Presentation of the Self-Adjusting File (SAF) System - a revolutionary innovative system for root canal (endodontic) treatment, that adapts to the anatomy of the root canal in a minimally invasive way, without excessively removing dentin or causing micro-fractures, and at the same time includes simultaneous continuous irrigation (with Sodium Hypochlorite or other irrigants). This paper presents a compact design of an ultra wide band bandpass filters with a notch band using interdigital structure. The aim of the design is to reduce the size of filter, reduce the complexity of the design, and improve the performance of filter response. The proposed filter comprises of a rectangular resonator sandwiched between Interdigital structures, with rectangular slot as defected microstrip structure at the input and output ports. This design has been used for the first time to achieve the above aim. The advantage with this design is that, it does not use any via or defected ground structure. The insertion loss of proposed filter, in passband between 3.1 GHz to 10.8 GHz, is less than 0.7dB, and for the notched band it is 21.5 dB centred at 7.9 GHz. The proposed filter is fabricated, tested and compared with simulated results. The proposed design was small in size with less complexity, and shows performance better than the other designs available in the literatures at this dimension.

The root canals were scanned using cone-beam computed tomography before and after instrumentation to assess changes. The Reciproc system removed significantly more dentin than the OneShape, ProTaper Universal, and Twisted File Adaptive systems. However, there were no significant differences among the groups regarding transportation, curvature changes, surface area changes, or centering ability. All 6 file systems similarly straightened root canal curvature and produced similar canal transportation
Design of an Interdigital Structure Planar Bandpass Filter for UWB Frequency
A new topology of miniaturized interdigital structuremicrostrip planar bandpass filter for Ultra-Wideband (UWB) frequency has been discussed in this paper. The proposed design and its simulation have been carried out by using an electromagnetic simulation software named CST microwave studio. The Taconic TLX-8 microwave substrate has been used in this research. The experimental result and analysis have been performed by using the microwave vector network analyzer. The experimental result showed that the -10dB bandwidth of the filter is 7.5GHz. The lower and upper corner frequencies of the filter have been achieved at 3.1GHz and 10.6GHz respectively. At the center frequency of 6.85GHz, the -1dB insertion loss and the -7dB return losshave been observed. The simulated and experimental results are well agreed with a compact size filter of 19×21×0.5mm 3 .

FinFET based multi-gate (MuGFET) devices have been proposed as a technology option for replacing the
existing technology. The desirability of FinFET that it’s operation principle is same as CMOS process. This
permits to lengthening the gate scaling beyond the planar transistor limits, sustaining a steep subthreshold slope,
better performance with bias voltage scaling and good matching due to low doping concentration in the channel.
There are, still, several challenges and limitations that FinFET technology has to face to be competitive with

In this paper a novel wideband microstrip band pass filter is proposed. The band pass filter is designed with coupling between two L-shaped microstriplines and is terminated with a high impedance line. The three circle shapes are etched out at the ground plane and is called defected ground structure (DGS), which provides better return loss as well as it reduces harmonics. Simulated and measured results both are in true agreement with each other. Results show that the defected microstrip filter has a good performance, including a wide pass band of 3.0 GHz to 5.6 GHz at 3dB cut off frequencies with bandwidth of 2.6 GHz, and a small insertion loss. The return loss is found to be higher than 15 dB.

This paper presented the design of integrated open loop resonator bandpass filter with notch type antenna for the use in microwave applications. Chebyshev type filter is selected as the filter characteristics and cascaded design with the antenna to produce a single module, Integrated Filter Antenna (IFA). Special feature of the antenna is the implementation of notch on the patch antenna to improve the efficiency. IFA is then simulated in electromagnetic simulation tool, Agilent Advance Design System (ADS) version 2016 and measured using R&S Vector Network Analyzer. It shows that the proposed IFA produced good measured return loss >-30dB with both vertical and horizontal gain of 9.11dBi and 8.01dBi respectively.

Gastrointestinal Infections
GASTROINTESTINAL INFECTIONS result from the ingestion of pathogens that cause infections at the level of this tract, generally being transmitted by food, water and hands contaminated by microorganisms such as E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio cholerae, Campylobacter, Staphylococcus, Rotavirus among others that are generally contained in feces, thus configuring a FECAL-ORAL type of transmission.
Among the factors that lead to the occurrence of gastrointestinal infections are the hygienic and sanitary deficiencies that characterize our markets and other places where raw or cooked food is sold, poor environmental sanitation in communities, deficiencies in water treatment (or in the process of its plumbing), risky hygienic-sanitary habits (not washing hands after major and/or minor needs), among others.
These are generally consequences (signs and symptoms) resulting from gastrointestinal infections: diarrhea, vomiting, fever and malaise, among others.
The treatment consists of replacing lost liquids and electrolytes (drinking drinking water and other recommended liquids, including consumption of juicy fruits such as papayas, apples, pears, among others that contain water in their composition).
To prevent this, it is necessary to promote health education, improve the hygienic-sanitary conditions of markets and communities in general as a way of promoting, preserving and prolonging PUBLIC HEALTH.
Gastritis and Gastric Health
Gastric Health is one of the most relevant concerns in human health, with gastrointestinal infections being among the main illnesses that affect humans.
Among gastric problems, we have GASTRITIS AND GASTRIC ULCERS as the main public health problems. Gastritis and gastric ulcers normally result from inflammation and corrosion of the walls of the stomach (gastric mucosa) and are generally associated (caused) by the bacterium Helicobacter pylor, which, according to the literature, this bacterium settles on these walls (of the stomach) and starts to release urease that ends up altering the normal pH of the stomach (acid), which leads to inflammation and corrosion of the mucous membranes and consequent gastritis or ulcers, respectively.
In addition to bacterial infections, gastritis and gastric ulcers are associated with several factors, with emphasis on prolonged fasting, chemical substances including drugs, alcohol, foods with strong seasonings including chilli, which ends up causing inflammation of the stomach walls and/or corrosion. of the same, resulting in the appearance of wounds and consequent gastritis or ulcers, respectively.

M.pharm - 1st year .PGx Analysis in VarSeq: A User’s Perspective
Since our release of the PGx capabilities in VarSeq, we’ve had a few months to gather some insights from various use cases. Some users approach PGx workflows by means of array genotyping or what seems to be a growing trend of adding the star allele calling to the existing NGS pipeline for whole genome data. Luckily, both approaches are supported with the VarSeq software platform. The genotyping method being used will also dictate what the scope of the tertiary analysis will be. For example, are your PGx reports a standalone pipeline or would your lab’s goal be to handle a dual-purpose workflow and report on PGx + Diagnostic findings.

Discuss and demonstrate the approaches with array and NGS genotyping methods for star allele calling to prep for downstream analysis.
Following genotyping, explore alternative tertiary workflow concepts in VarSeq to handle PGx reporting.
